my eyes tried so hard to seize the moment.
neuron transmitters through my head were sending simultaneous responses to my brain and to all parts of body.
i was in shock.
i was captivated by your everything.
my heart beats rhythmically almost making me wanna dance.
my head's pounding just asking me to scream at the top of my lungs.
but i pull back and try not to respond, as i fear i may scare you away.
that would be the last thing i'd ever want to do.
my eyes were locked.
my fingers were curled and white. i didnt realise the amount of pressure i was exerting on myself.
my right leg over the left, and my toes curled downwards.
i was ready to be shot out of the rooftop.
how long has it been since ive been sincerely swept of my gorgeous feet.
by a cunning, strong, handsome, sweet young man like yourself?
i watch you as you couldnt understand everything that was running through my veins.
that sudden jolt and exhilaration and excitement
but what if you do?
what if you feel exactly the same way i do?
A very small degree of hope is sufficient to cause the birth of love.
can i call it love?
no harm imagining what could be.
but sometimes we humans tend to imagine the impossible.
not because we love to.
but we yearn for it.
we search for that temptation that
just makes you wanna hold on to your seats as we go on a ride of our life.
but nevertheless, it only gives us false pretenses.
things we refuse to confront for our better knowledge knowing our emotions are going to be tempered with.
as someone once said
All love shifts and changes. I don't know if you can be wholeheartedly in love all the time.
maybe thats why we're always insecure.
Friendship often ends in love; but love in friendship - never.
something most guys dont understand. something they can never forgive us for.
its the way we were shaped and fitted to blend with the rest of the society.
but most times, we wish to break that cycle.
we look for the better outcome.
maybe that's when we'll decide to give the rest of the world a chance.
a risk worth taking.
only then will we know how wrong or right our assumptions were.
