we burnin' like hot rocks!

so i had my last and final 18th birthday celebration unless people still wanna surprise me
but i doubt that'll happen.
at ishiya japanese stonegrill.
which is basically a place where you cook your own food on a 400 degree celcius volcanic stone. :)
kinda cool actually. kuddo's to mum and lawrence for finding the place.
i didnt invite many.
just the girls and some family friends.
i would have invited the whole lot but i didnt wanna cause such a damage to my parent's pockets since they were paying, so sorry to those i couldnt invite.

no one had an 18th birthday like i did ;)

ive had the best 18th anyone could ever have.
seriously.

public announcements during the cheer comp and in the club,
presents from people,
and yesterday had to top it off..

i missed the first class but went for my second,
and during the break,
cindy and crystal headed off to buy "art supplies".
but they came back with a box of cupcakes and everyone in class sang for me :)

and when i thought that was all,
i came home and was asked by dave,andy,marvin and keam mar individually
to go over jamie's for some reason.
so i decided why not, since today was a public holiday.
though i have to admit i was SOOO close to not going.
so i went,
and people started recording and i was like "whaaa?"
and they brought out this plate, with cream all over a piece of bread.
and they sang for me, with a candle on top of it of course so i really thought that was
my cake.

and then came the birthday group hug which they never did let me go,
and i should have seen it coming, :p
andy smashed the cream in my face.
yes. i got creamed.
and then while i went to clean up,
they brought out another proper cake for me to blow.

all thanks to marvin. such a sweet boy :')

then i stayed to watch some videos and watch them swim and then i realised
i missed my train home and they offered to pay for a cab but
i didnt like the idea of cabbing home alone so i waited a while cause quin and
julia came and we all hung out and watched a movie but
by then people were falling asleep. :p
so i called it the night and quin dropped me home.
when the video's up i'll post it.

im having my third and last birthday celebration tonight hopefully.
dinner with a few of my friends.
just to keep it small.

i swear,
i dont think i would have had this much fun if i were back home.
melbourne has made a difference to me.
it's cause the people ive met and made friends with,
who're almost like my family here,
make me feel special.
not saying that people back home dont, just not as much as i do now.

im feeling so much love right now.

my 18th

so yesterday marked my 18th birthday :)
and that also means one thing: IM LEGAL.
no more underage jokes from my friends. (finally!)
but seriously, i dont think it's nothing big.
for a split second maybe, but im back to being the same demie that i always am
the paranoid anal girl
who loves her work more than anything else besides cheer of course.

so on my 18th, i woke up with surprises
of birthday wishes from friends on fb as usual, and then the parents
surprised me with cake and some goodies.

so story behind this is,
lawrence asked one day if i could have a dog, what dog would it be.
(because i wanted a pet) and i said a german shepard or a golden retriever.
he said it was too big.
so i said terrier.
and this was why :P

then i headed of for cheer.
